The Life of Jean Baptiste Tetreau
"Finally, Jean, the youngest but not the least, god-son of Claude, his brother, and his half-sister, Marie-Madeleine Beaudoin, was first headed towards priesthood... At [Boucherville] on 8 July 1710, he married Marie-Jeanne Tailhandier, daughter of the seigneurial judge Marien and of Madeleine Beaudry. Jean-Baptiste Tetreau even became a royal notary and clerk at Montreal. With his wife, eh was responsible for 4 sons, 2 of whom died in infancy. He died before 11 February 1730, the day on which his widow was remarried to Jean Latour, at Boucherville."
